@jond1900 actually those cookie cutter bands aren't perfection at all man. I agree with you that this band was perfection. It's not rawness in my eyes, it was what technology allowed for at the time for recording live shows. You're right, people just need to accept that man.

Isn't it Donna Jean Godchaux? Not Joan Baez. And anyway, how can you judge? Just hear the beauty. The Dead obviously wanted her there. Sometimes they all sang off key, even Jerry. Who cares?! It's still beautiful talent.
