i have to say that i'm English and even I find the Geordie accent hard to do, and i'm presuming that these guys are American, so I think that they do a pretty good job on the accents.

@Orlabobz , thr accent is "Geordie" which is from the North East corner of England. It's from very different dialectal speech that people in the US hear when they hear English people speak(like the Southern/London one). It's related to lallans English dialect found in Southern Scotland as these region shared many traditions and customs.

@118rose well, they actually had to tone the accents on broadway way down because it was hard for the American audiences to understand. The accent was toned down even more for this particular performance and I'm not sure why. Trent played the role in London, so it can't be said that broadway Billy's aren't up to par since there are some on broadway who are debatebly stronger dancers than Trent is.

i saw trent taking the bags and immediately I said "oh so he's taking the liam" but no. this performmance was different and I feel like the other performance was more special. I don't like kiril's voice, but david's has a real true smoothness to it. trent's is like butter though tool

please stop bashing theses boys...they have worked all their lives to get to where they are now...being 14 years old, on Broadway, on T.V.! so please stop critzing them!! they are sooo talented! Some people have to understand that these boys are dancing while singing - they can't catch their breathe. I would say the half-caste boy at the front is the strongest. But I wouldn't pick any of these for a broadway show.

@proudtheatredork Well, nothing they can't work on, but their concentration's all over the place, you see the boy on the right at the beginning - his eyes are just totally off focus. The recieved prenunciation isn't quite there either. However, the ending is extremely good.

Really? I think it would be better Trent, David and Kiril. Trent is the strongest so starting with him would be the best, David is the best at his accent so he goes second, and Kiril is a bit weaker but holds his own so he should be third. Just my thoughts though.
