  • SANDBAGS SUPER.

  • I am unable to find wooden pellets. I went to Low´s, Home Depot and a pet store. Any clue?

  • @zorrier I used one 40# bag of pea gravel and one 40# bag of rubber mulch.

  • more talk please stop talk

  • more talk please

  • I used one 40# bag of pea gravel and one 40# bag of rubber mulch. I mixed the contents into a heavy duty trash bag inside the duffel that I purchased on Amazon.com. My bag came out to 86# and has maintained its structural integrity after eight weeks of use.

  • @amadeus48329

Thanks for the info, do you feel the zip ties and duct tape will continue to hold up? Also what brand was the duffel bag that you found on Amazon.com, Thanks!

  • Awesome guys! Keep it up!

  • Great vid! Thanks for the info

  • Rubber chippings (mulch) also works good as a filler.

    Good video thanks for sharing.

  • @jacks0003 I was just gonna write on here asking if rubber mulch would work, since my local lowe's has it. I can't find wood pellets anywhere! Thanks!

  • @sonne5 try a pet store -wood pellets for cat litter

  • WOW This helped so much!! Awesome vid man, thanx

  • Bad ass!!

  • how are the zippered army duffel bags? I'd venture a guess that the zipper would be heavy-duty enough to withstand sandbag training... no?

  • @makemehavefun

Might actually hurt when you pick it up/ toss it around. I was actually looking to get ones like this to avoid the zipper.

  • "If you use sand or gravel it gets heavy really fast." that's like saying what weighs more, pound of muscle or a pound of fat?

  • any 1 tot of using stones?...

  • Hmm. I live in South Florida. No wood pellets here. Mulch or gravel?

  • I used an ACU kitbag, and then I went and to Home Depot. I put a 50lb bag of gravel and then 3 10lb bags of wooden charcoal substitue stuff. I put it all in a construction grade trash bag and duct tape around.

It works pretty well, I might replace it with a duffle though since its a longer, thinner body.

  • @itchykandar That might help some athletes turn green on fools..

  • Outstanding. Easiest way to make an exercise sandbag I've seen. Thanks.

  • excellent vid!

  • great demo! thanks!

  • where exactly did you buy these duffel bags? I cant find them

  • Army Surplus store. Buy online if you have to. I have a sandbag made out of a used army duffle bag. It holds 300lbs max.

  • Oil dry comes in bags about that size and it also ways about 40lbs. I live in GA and this might be an alternative for people like me. I'm going to be building one soon so I'll let you know how it goes.

  • Great Idea, I've tried it all and never thought of wood stove pellets, Thanks>

  • This is one of the coolest videos ever. I tried sand and it was such a mess. I need to get me some wood pellets now.
