They changed a lot from the book. They left out the Oracle and a bunch of the Greek Gods that comes out. Plus, when they go to Hades' palace, Persephone isn't here she's with Demeter because it's summer when they have the quest. Also, where's Clarisse?

Because its cheeses and predictable to the point of insanity, its all seen so many times before that its not funny any more, it's just a primitive piece of shit...You dont care at all who will live or die, no ones appealing in any way, it's just a trash movie like most hollywood are, made to grab money on a quickie and bye, no one remmembers it tommorow any more...

The 'U' thing is an omega. A letter from the Greek language. Indeed, the book says it is on 600th floor but the omega must mean 600 or something like that.

The director trys to make the movie intersting, for those who havent read the book, and apparently they are trying to make this more modern, i have read the series, its very good but, everyone dont get mad over little details, until you watch the movie

You can just tell from the trailer that the book portrayal is unaccurate, but the interpretation of the actual Gods is terrible as well. Unless this cast list is fake.

Persephone is a young teenager. Demeter looks nothing like Persephone, and she's her damn mother. Aphrodite is described as a blonde, just as Annabeth? was it was described in the books. Apollo is a young man in his teens or in his 20s, not his damn thirties.

This should be... interesting. I hope the critics complain XD

wait a min. in the book it says that the guard was reading a book not a newspaper and the guard handed percy a key card in the book not a set of keys and lastly in the book it said that when percy got to olympas he was standing on a stone walkway not still in the eleivator because the elevater wasnt there any more. that is all,  thank you.

i loved the books and all, but they are wayyyy too old to be playing 12. the people who play percy, annabeth, and grover all look around....16? that ticks me off. and the girl who plays annabeth... her hair is brown when annabeths supposed to be blonde!!! and grover isnt BLACK.
