Okay this like X-men 2 and X-men 3. Was no where near X-men the movie. I just give credit it wasn't horrible but it wasn't great either. I thought X-men 3 was slightly worse. I do remember a comic where Wolverine lobotamized Sabertooth(clawed uppercut), The X-Men showed him what he had done in his life, and what their enemies were like. They took a gamble on Sabertooth seeing the horror, and wanting to change his ways. It was pretty good, especially with at least Gambit having issues with it(he helped by personally showing Sabertooth's victims to him). Man I miss comic books.

One, Wolverine is virtually indestructable, a fact that this movie emphasizes, so how are we supposed to feel any dramatic tension for him when he's in "danger"? Two, the first two X-Men films ALREADY explored his origin while still keeping him mysterious, so now we're going to walk through his origin and kill that mystery? Three, Wolverine was already the main character of ALL THREE X-Men films, so how about a movie with a fresh character, like Deadpool or Nightcrawler?

Wolverine just stabs everyone in this. I wanted butchery, blood, brains and guts flying everywhere! And more character development. Every other character besides Wolverine has a five minute cameo. Also...Deadpool doesn't shoot lasers and he does have a mouth. And mind erasing bullets? Really?

I said the whole "Superhero" concept has become a silly commercial cliche. All the main heros were written in the 60's....does that tell you anything? 70's & 80's were camp, 90's were God awful...2000's have just been those books made into movies...BORING!

@PumaSweat The super hero concept doesn't get old until theres nothing new to offer. To make us rethink these characters we knew our whole lives. This movie had that chance, but failed. The concept gets old when theres nothing new. The bad ones are filled with cliches from other movies, but when something is done right, people cheer for more superheros. When it fails, well...
I like this genre of movies especially when it is done right. It inspires my videos. I can't point at any genres and say

@PumaSweat One last thing, just because the main character has super powers doesn't mean thats all there is. Theres a story, some more present than others,there are characters that we root for. Movies that not only show the person behind the mask, but why they do what they do and does that mean? Thats what my show is about and thats what GOOD superhero movies are about.

Okay this like X-men 2 and X-men 3. Was no where near X-men the movie. I just give credit it wasn't horrible but it wasn't great either. I thought X-men 3 was slightly worse. I just think they need to step back and think about how they can make the franchise good again and do something that isn't clique or putting too much in.

I do remember a comic where Wolverine lobotamized Sabertooth(clawed uppercut), The X-Men showed him what he had done in his life, and what their enemies were like. They took a gamble on Sabertooth seeing the horror, and wanting to change his ways. It was pretty good, especially with at least Gambit having issues with it(he helped by personally showing Sabertooth's victims to him). Man I miss comic books.

are you serious?........the jokes were pretty good, at least........like when his chick can manipulate men so she tells that trucker guy to leave and he does and wolverine is like, "Have you ever done that to me?".....and she's like, "You didn't stay in the car"........or at the end when wolverine frees all those mutants..........he freed cyclops but cyclops was blindfolded so he couldn't see who freed him.........little things like that made the movie decent

This movie gives kudos to Wolverine's blades in the first X-Men movie. I never realized how great they looked until I saw Origins.
4:30 If you constantly click on the circle while it's playing that part, you'll realize how crappy that movement is. His arm is apparently reaching down to his ankles.

One, Wolverine is virtually indestructable, a fact that this movie emphasizes, so how are we supposed to feel any dramatic tension for him when he's in "danger"? Two, the first two X-Men films ALREADY explored his origin while still keeping him mysterious, so now we're going to walk through his origin and kill that mystery? Three, Wolverine was already the main character of ALL THREE X-Men films, so how about a movie with a fresh character, like Deadpool or Nightcrawler?
