I hate to admit It KSH3760 but the problem with this Van is that It's an E150 which means that It is only supposed to be loaded with 1500 LBS of cargo and even without that It will wear out a lot sooner than an E250. The Springs were basically worn out about 2 to 3 Years ago at about 100,000 Miles. I had to flip up the Trailer hitch to try to keep the trailer "tongue" off of the ground. It still scrapes here and there however whenever It is hooked up.

I see the hitch ball mount is flipped up, was this to accomodate the lower rear end style of the van, do you have air shocks installed.

I would have to say Yes, the stingers are made to to either have the ball higher or lower then the hitch depending on the application !!!
