I remember seeing this on TV and although it is tempting to laugh, he just experienced a collector's worst nightmare. However, it is entirely his fault because he should have known how to propperly handle these old, fragile items. I hope he insured this item for the loss. If there is a bright side, he got his moment of fame because of this and maybe learned a lesson about how not to handle collectibles. I also noticed he had too tight a grip on it.
