I was 15 years old in 1959 when I saw the Spaniels do this song "Live" with a 15 piece orchestra at the Apollo Theatre in New York and I have never forgotten that performance. They were the first group that I saw perform in a professional setting and they blew my mind. They were my favorite group until I saw the Temptations in 1962.

This is the infamaous Vee Jay label which put out the first 45,s by The Beatles in the USA.
