Brazil's Top Court Halts Boy's Return to U.S. Dad

The 9 year old father been fighting for this boy for sometime now and all these custody battle is putting pressure on the boy.

Even if that child was to return to his father the child would wanna go back to Brazil in desperation. I will consider that child an emotional loss for the biological father if the Brazilian government denies custody.

If this custody battle takes years i suggest the father gives up because as the child matures he will make hes own choices for himself.

I am an American and believe me i know how it feels to have a custody battle. I been trying to get full custody of my 2 year old son from my trashy ass ex girl friend that do drugs and smokes around my asthmatic son. Believe me as a parent i know how it feels.

I can empathize with Mr. Goldman. I am going thru the same ordeal with my two children. The only difference is that it's with a common wealth of the US. The laws in these third world countries are old, outdated and favor mothers regardless of their circumstances.
