I criticize Seger covers a lot but you left little room for any. Not bad at all. I dont expect many people to hit those notes around 2:50 so i wont even touch that
Excellent voice. Not too shabby on the guitar, seems just a tad fast to me, but I could be wrong. Best cover on YouTube from someone I've never heard of. Keep up the good work!
almost 3 yrs on youtube and i just now came across your path..............Conor, you have a great voice,, hope you are still making music with it~~~~ Much Love, Christy
Nicely done, Connor. You have a pleasant, smooth, earthy, natural cornhusk quality to your singing voice (the sound of a person's speaking voice is often very different from the way the sound when singing.) And yes, it's certainly reminiscent of Bob Segar's voice. Do you do any Tom Petty, per chance??? John Mellencamp? Bob Dylan? Paul Simon?
At 2:33, it looks like he was going to go right to the last verse and realized he forgot something. I thought he was going to skip the " Felt the lightning " part. Good recovery and better finish. Good job.
You might offer that sage advice to MOST of the rock n roll singers that make millions without ever having a voice coach. This dude is a natural - he's great!
Good Job man, I am a big fan of bob Segar and I am glad that you kept this song in the same rythym as the original, most poeple who post videos online like to try and make thier own twist of music, but you kept it the same, thanks again, and you have a damn good voice by the way, keep it up.
Pretty good sonofa gun. The worst mistake people make when doing a cover is putting their own spin on the song. Your own artistic ability can be greatly displayed on your original tracks, but the point of an 'up and comer' covering a song is emulation. Did a great job man!
Awesome!

Good vocal. Too bad the song was cut short. You could win a Karaoke contest easy enough by just sing THAT song.

damn fine- as a teacher, I can agree with the post advising you to get a coach, however....
learn to breath from BELOW the diaphragm- and keep your throat open, and don't try to project the high notes through your nose.
You have been blessed with an abundant talent and a "feel" for whatever material you want to do- don't waste it!!
