This part i don't get at the beginning. Why did one of the Nightwatch scout got beheaded after he retreat to report his finding about the White Walker? hes a scout ffs, why did they have to behead him?

I also wonder if the Night Walker leave one of the scout alive so he could warn his commander? hmm curious

@condorX2 They didn't believe he saw the White Walkers. The White Walkers were thought to have died out 8000 years ago. The Night's Watch would probably not believe him either and just assume he left his friends to die, so they would behead him as a deserter. So, instead he made his way around the wall to escape, but they caught him and beheaded him for deserting The Night's Watch.
