are you looking at the speedometer or the tachometer? he is power braking to build up engine momentum and boost pressure, so look at the left needle when you time it.
the reason why the fuel gauge is acting wierd is cuz he changed the reason of the gauge to show howmuch boost is going to the engine u can change these setting on the sterring wheel
@xlazym0nk3yx, its better to launch in 2nd, 1st gear is way to short, and will spin the tires. 2nd allows for more traction and the engine has enough power to make a great launch.
@lync9763 Emergency blinkers lights is a shift indicator they don't actually light on the car. Tire pressure light is most likely because he does not have tire pressure sensors in his drag setup. The other light is the traction control light indicating that traction control is turned off.
@Silver6533 , it is apart of the new juicebox 4 functions. it turns the fuel gauge into a boost gauge. and the temps to air/fuel ratio. they can be turn off if wanted
I see you are not shortshifting...Why is that? I've heard somes even do it a 6000 rpm... You think is better to shortshift at 6500 rpm or let it go until 7000 rpm? Im actuali JB4, DCI and cattles UR Dp's.
@caymandiver75 yup there preset shift lights where ever the user wants them to come on. The gas gauge being the boost gauge, each quarter being 5 psi.
I don't understand anything in this video.
First- why did the gas gauge go down and up so much
Second-how come the hazards went on
Third-HOW DID U FET IT TO GO SO DAAM FAST! Check my videos of 335i and 650i.

@TheRapture1000 JB4 hijacks the gauges to read differerent info. The hazard lights indicate when to shift, and the swinging fuel gauge is the boost.

He started off in 2nd gear? Is that because starting off in 1st would just mean smoked tires?
orbhot 1 month ago
I timed it a few times w stopwatch, got 4.4sec

@h8tow8ck i did it and got 3.8

Most of questions are because they don't understand that with the JB4 you can hijack the gauges to use them for boost readings

i have sooo many questions about your gauges and the turn signals..

sup with ur fuel gauge?
OhhEmmG33 2 months ago
That was more like 5 seconds. Still pretty good. My car does it in about 4.7 or 5 as well.

Can u put premium 93 gas in your car if it uses 91 octane ?
y2jpspmoney 4 months ago
@y2jpspmoney yup, it's won't make a difference though in performance unless you have a tune. europe uses our equivalent of 94-95 for premium
DavidKneiber 4 months ago
@DavidKneiber 95 RON (researched octane number) is different than america's and I believe is equivalent to 90.5 (R+M)/2 method

Is this X Drive or All Wheel Drive?
AdlerSchwinin 4 months ago
the fuel gauge goes 0lbsboost=0fuel, 5lbsboost=1/4fuel, 10lbsboost=1/2tank and so on up to 20lbs full tank.

jeeptj02 10 months ago
@jeeptj02 then... where's the fuel meter then? how do you know how much gas u got?
Alex050796 10 months ago
@Alex050796 perhaps you select the digital miles left option
KTMcaptain 1 month ago
@jeeptj02 that is usually the fuel meter. You can change the responsibility of this gauge using steering wheel controls

A second gear launch? what, that is crazy.... How did you get the RPM's up, Launch control? or brake boosting?

Is there a way to not get the CPU error's? (i.e. The emergency blinkers, transmission light, and flat tire light) or is your bmw just jacked up?

@lync9763 Thats just Dsc(Traction control) off and low tire pressure.
