they are availiable all over and this is an older unit, the newer ones are a bit easier to use and install.

@Claymore2408 all the M-16 family is full auto, but for some occasions, they lock out the full auto sear, or install a 3 round burst function. but yes the M-16A1 is was and always shall be known for being a full auto capable light battle rifle, that was first fielded in viet nam.

@MetalstormX25 it's a way to get the bolt seated. if you have a round that wont fully chamber, you tap that lever, and it pushes the bolt all the way forward.
usually it's the action sping that does it, but this helps you to make sure that the round is all the way into the chamber and the bolt fully foward..hence the name.
sorry, but check both your selector switches and hope you didn't chamber anything.

@TheAmazingPinoy Dude..thanks for asking, it is called a REDI-MAG, and it's cool mostly because you only press ONE button, and it's the button your USED TO PRESSING. so no retraining needed, you simply just grab a loaded mag, switch it up to the empty one's position and keep shooting.
they are availiable all over and this is an older unit, the newer ones are a bit easier to use and install.

@IwasBlackace Dude,M-16's are full auto firearms,strictly regulated in the US. Mine is SEMI AUTOMATIC, yes it's only FIVE parts in difference, but the mechanics are very different. as for cutting somebody to "ribbons".
no, that takes more gun then anything a PERSON could ever employ. the sheer rate of fire or effectiveness of the bullet energy would preclude that. as for societal gun limitation in AUS, for Mine compared to your country..I'd suggest you vote for better leaders.

No I prefer a society without guns. I feel safer knowing that some psycho can't come into a pub and pull out some M16. I mean Australia is not 100% safe some guy can still cut you up with a knife etcetera but those are a lot LESS effective than a gun.
Please I never understood the US constitution. It allows people to "Bear arms" which could also be interrupted into a weapon such as a nuclear weapon or a rocket launcher.....

@IwasBlackace I live in Queensland and i own 9 different firearms. Long rifles, pump action shotguns, revolvers etc. So do many of my freinds. It doesn't take much to get a gun here, and the amount of illegal semi automatic handguns on the street is steadily rising. If you think this country is safe from gun violence, you are living a lie.

@TheMasterChief1995 Dude, Glad you got good results with my methods, and glad to hear you got a AR-15, with all the stuff now availiable, it IS the firearm to own. why you can get most ANY caliber to shoot through it and the mere fact of it being "only a 223" means you got no where to go but UP in power levels. then again, there's alot of dead terrorists who wont scoff at the little mouse caliber, they cant, we gave them a christian send off to meet allah.

@Jmonkey515 Dude..that is an excellent question, you need to FIND an M-16, make the deal with the owner for purchase, or..find a dealer who is class three FFL holder and can do a TITLE 2 sale for a silenced or full automatic gun.
now if you PM me I got a few guys I know for sure can do the transfer, but you need somebody local who does this type of sale.

@Claymore2408 all the M-16 family is full auto, but for some occasions, they lock out the full auto sear, or install a 3 round burst function. but yes the M-16A1 is was and always shall be known for being a full auto capable light battle rifle, that was first fielded in viet nam.

@MetalstormX25 it's a way to get the bolt seated. if you have a round that wont fully chamber, you tap that lever, and it pushes the bolt all the way forward.
usually it's the action sping that does it, but this helps you to make sure that the round is all the way into the chamber and the bolt fully foward..hence the name.
it is a foreward assist for the action.
