  • Who is this woman interviewing? She needs to be identified as an enemy of men.

  • You could just execute all rapists.

  • RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAa hate feminist fucking bullcrap...that man said nothing wrong!

  • How idiotic to suggest that all rapes are equal, of course they aren't.

  • Stealing some postits from work is not the same as robbery with violence.

Theft is NOT theft, murder is NOT murder and rape is NOT rape.

This woman is certifiable if she believes that two consenting teenagers is the same as pack rape with screwdrivers. That has to be one of the most ignorant statements ever - he should have crushed her for that.

  • Thanks to the power of feminists women are allowed to withdraw consent after the fact and innocent men are going to prison for it all the time where they themselves will be raped daily for years. Stupid feminists have made women less safe by clogging up the legal system on "he did not call; he is a loser; he will pay charges and by encouraging women to be single and living the life of a party girl which open them to real rape.

  • well my two cents is that yes rape is a serious crime, but because as we have seen fromt he innocence project when people starting taking DNA analysis in the 90s they found out that alleged "rapists" who had been imprisoned since the 80s weren't the rapists, which leads to the conclusion that their exists false accusations. so basically you can't take the male or female side and each case would have to dealt with subjectively and objectively.

  • I wonder how long she thinks a woman should go to jail for a false rape story

  • After watching this interview i realise that ken Clarke is an extremely intelligent man and well deserved being the justice sectary. I really think that the woman was not qualified to interview him because she didn't understand that clarke was talking about the legal use of the word 'rape' as opposed to her common use of the word rape in everyday language. He tried to explain to the distinction but she just didn't get it. It would be a real shame if Clarke had to leave.

  • As far as I'm concerned, if a man stands to get life in jail for raping a woman, then women should get life if they are proven to be falsely accusing men of rape. Tit for tat. Thats equality.

However, in this misandric society, we let women slide when it comes to criminal behaviour and our society slides as a result.

The sentencing disparity based on gender is TWICE that of the highly publicized difference due to race.

    Watch:

    "Understanding Rape Statistics" on angryharryvids.

  • FIRST OF ALL,

Women are not the sole victims of rape. In fact, they are technically the minority. Far more men are raped in prisons but this female centric society says & does nothing bout it.

    SECOND,

MOST accusations of rape are FALSE, which means the supposed "rapist" is the actual victim. As it stands, there is NO criminal charges for false accusers.

    THIRD,

    Not all rapes are equal.

100% consensual sex in the evening is not rape simply because the woman regrets it the following morning.

  • The fact that she believes all victims are female and all perpetrators are male says a lot about why she's this insane.

  • Are some assaults less serious? Are female perpetrators sentenced equivalently to male perpetrators ?

  • Are some assaults less serious? Are female assaulters sentenced equivalently to male assaulters?

  • Haha, we've been taking the majority of all rapes as nothing more than comedy for dozens of years and there's controversy like this in developed countries?

  • Calling the non-violent version rape, or calling cat calls sexual assault really just cheapens the terms and convolutes the law.

  • @apopuffkin1717

Let us not forget attempts at redefining "domestic violence" to include shouting.

  • She's not even listening to him, just waiting for her turn to speak...he makes perfect sense - there needs to be a distinction. The only acts that should be called rape are those where a person FORCES themselves onto another person. Consensual sex with an underage person should be prosecuted, but we should not be calling it RAPE if it was consensual, and certainly the sentencing should be different in those cases. -con't in next comment-

  • I agree with him, it's a difference between statutory "rape" and rape.

  • @anikinippon

Absolutely right, everything he said is 100% factually correct and he shouldn't have to apologise as he has neither done nor said anything wrong. The hysterical idiots feigning indignation at their deliberate misinterperetation of what he said are the only ones who should be ashamed and apologising. Especially whomever exploited the rape victim to try to sway their audience against Mr Clarke.

  • I wish he'd take a stand against these evil curs and tell them to F off!

  • Ken Clarke is right, of course. A 17yo having sex with his 15yo girlfriend is not rape. If that same girl was dragged into an alley and forced to have intercourse by a stranger IS rape.

  • @WizardKing78 thats not what he said...he says both are rape. Hence the reply to the woman who says Rape is Rape- and kenneth replies 'no its not'. he just tried showing that in law the word rape has many different meanings. But yes your right, in everybodys use of the word rape, it does mean being dragged into an alley and forced.

  • @dvarblo I just contend that having sex with an underage teenager should not be termed 'rape'. It's thoroughly misleading.

  • @WizardKing78 true.
