Great video! Unfortunately the babies are a by-product of the bushmeat trade, logging, poaching, mining, etc. They always kill the mothers and usually the entire family to eat them. It will take a military force to protect them in the wild, in a sanctuary, with 40' walls, surveilance equipment, armed guards and nuclear bombs. Humans are a plague upon this earth and nothing short of our leaving will save these animals.

The only thing left are insects and a few small rodents. This is now about prestige and properity. That's why the great apes will be extinct in the wild within 10 years at the latest estimate. Supporting bans on private ownership of exotic pets will help keep the babies with their mothers. If there is no demand for these animals as pets they will be left alone.
