Well, she was allowed to see her father, or more proper, he was allowed to see her, but sadly she passed away the day after seeing him. Although she was unconscious she seemed responsive to his presence ( her breathing became labored). The day after she passed. sad story and hopefully her father learned a life changing lesson if not he might as well kill himself.

@Nikisright first off - dont be an ass hole and call someone stupid. secondly, asking for a month, is alot, if he asked for a week (litteraly get clearence the day afterwards) at least he got a day to say good bye. my aunty died a year ago from liver cancer. my dad flew in a week before she died, and was with her for a few days. right after he left, she was hospitalized and died 3 days later. My dad cried, but he was happy he at least saw her.

@Nikisright first off - dont be an ass hole and call someone stupid. secondly, asking for a month, is alot, if he asked for a week (litteraly get clearence the day afterwards) at least he got a day to say good bye. my aunty died a year ago from liver cancer. my dad flew in a week before she died, and was with her for a few days. right after he left, she was hospitalized and died 3 days later. My dad cried, but he was happy he at least saw her.

sadly, when the dad decided to break the law he decided to give up his family, daughter included. my heart breaks for that little girl but i agree with him not being about to get out. as an inmate he should have no rights, and being with his family is a right. he will have to live with this forever, maybe it will make him think twice about committing another crime.
