  • Memories.....

  • He panicked

  • lol thats all i can say

  • thats why i always check well im about to take off. for sure with my better planes

  • my favorite plane corse air sorry my friend im speechless .

  • ....... what the FACK?!

  • Feel for you man. I've done that once myself. now no matter what I fly I always do a control surface check before take off! It has actually saved me now probably 3-4 times when ailerons have been reversed.

  • i've only flown with reversed ailerons 1 time. I caught it on take off roll started a nice left roll but i wanted to go right. i realized it soon enough that i corrected the roll and went back to just rudder put it back on the ground and fixed the issue. 2 weeks later got into dead air on landing and pancaked it hard lol.

  • roky mistake ive don it

  • sorry man!

  • Gutted for you Mark, I know how it feels to spend time ironing out the problems with a model only to lose it to something really silly you could have avoided! I have inbred the habit in to myself of always checking which way things are moving before every flight, even when I know damn well which way they move just incase the gremlins have got in to it over night,....Sorry mate ;(

  • That's how i got my first 50cc extra, the guy crashed due to reversed AILERONS!, cracked the shits and sold it to me :).

  • i agree with xjet on that comment , flying foamies does hone youre skills ,

  • You see this so often -- roll inverted because ailerons are reversed -- panic, pull full *up* and nosedive into the ground. I think everyone ought to learn to fly at least a little 3D (even just using a foamie) so that this instinct to "pull up" in an emergency is eliminated. I've seen 3D fliers make the same aileron mistake but get away with it because they pushed in *down* when the model rolled on its back and were thus able to gain altitude and relax.

  • well put chairman !

  • Unlucky for Mark!! A simple lesson in aeromodelling; if you assume it's right and everything appears to be ok, it's NOT!! I've made similar mistakes like this and learned the hard way! The moral of this story is simple. Check, check and check again and don't let any pratt tell you otherwise!!!!! Nice vid pete.

  • aa not so good

  • I remember how we controlled everything before flight. In these "big boys big toys" years everything is fixed with money. He will buy another tomorow and he wil crash it again.
