I've been practicing hardcore the past couple days and I can now do it.. but I can't do the reverse one yet. I still need to refine it though.

I just broke each movement down into separate pieces and then practiced each piece..so first practiced the 1st movement, then the 1st and 2nd, and then 1st,2nd,3rd, and so on.. until I could add them all together in sequence. Maybe that will help you.

Elo! Sometimes what helps to refine the movements when you're starting out, is if you put your hands on your stomach horizontally across so that it covers most of your stomach. Then you push down in the places that need to move, forcing it to do the movement. If you can do it when you're lying down, it will stop you from using too much of your back!
