Bissonnette is a light heavyweight at the most. He did the best he could against a much bigger man here. In Pittsburgh Godard always took care of the heavyweights, so biss really doesn't have much experience fighting the top heavyweights in the NHL, but I still think he's done fairly well so far this year. I'm glad to see he's getting the shot he deserves and I think he will only get better as he gets more experience.

hockey itself is a wonderful sport. I've been playing my whole life and I'm assuming you've never played. If you have, then you would know how much fun it is and how skillful a person needs to be to play the game adequately. Now, if you're saying hockey is bad in Phoenix, then your comment would be a little more acceptable, but if it's just a general statement, I suggest you either play and see how "bad" it is, or simply just avoid watching it. Simple, eh?

there are very few cities in Canada that would have the corporate support that there would be in the States.

If I were to move the team, it would be to Seattle (good location to balance the Northwest division and give an instant rival to the Canucks) or Kansas City where they have a very nice new arena being built.

while that might be true, but there are few cities in Canada that have the corporate support to fund a NHL team. And the NHL wants the sport to grow, and putting a teamy in Canada does nothing for the NHL's plan on growing as a business, as Hockey is already as big as it can be here.

Hockey can still grow here. Put a team in unserved Canadian markets and it will continue to grow. I know the NHL wants to grow the sport down south, but there are just some markets that will not work.

Seriously? There's a reason why the six Canadian teams are among the most profitable in the league, if not the most. You could put a team in almost any other major Canadian city and the team would actually sell out, and would still receive a decent amount of corporate support, both local and national.

Put the team in Saskatoon or Halifax and they'll receive some decent Canadian corporate sponsors, AND they'll actually sell more tickets then the Coyotes and other dead American franchises.
