wow, similar story. @25 I started to jog and could barely do a block. Then got to a 1K for a month, 5K for a few months, started to run it and sprint in the end, then pushed that one day to 16km non-stop and could run (12km/h+) more but kept pulling a muscle. I was hitting the gym 4hrs/day min. Weights (not to get big but get a lean build). That year I dropped from 300 to 184 lbs. I was pretty much 195-225 all my high school life. There some things you can't reverse.
i have exactly the same problem man... I only weight 130 .. and have nice muscle all over.. im 5 7 ..so it perfect ..but... i have them fucking love handles that done go away...what to do?
i was 250 and i lost 100 (pounds).....and nope u actually dont feel sick, just weird as if someone is pulling you down, and u walk weird, thats just for like 20 days, after that the results are awsome
