had one right outta high school '81' that 430-4bbl hauled ass and gas gauge moved as fast as speedo did,lol. loved the hide away lights..some old lady ran a stop sign and totaled me out,,bent frame,i miss it.

We had one of these - a '68 Riv. And you know what? This was my DREAM car. In my view, this was the nicest year of all for the Riviera line. This was by no means the biggest mass production car , but it was still pretty huge. Just sit in it and look out over the hood. Its a great big American car. In fact, I'd say it was not only the nicest Riv ever, but possibly the nicest looking Buick period. I would love to have a fully restored 68 Riv. But that's a dream.

i luv this car i own one and only drove it one time it was n a old guys backyard for 14 years before i bought it i go it n 2006 all i did was put exuast on it runs perfect needs body work never been wrecked an yes it has the bucket seats and space shuttle shirter
