@MSCompuServ You realize that the officer still has to have reasonable and articulate-able suspicion that a crime has, is, or about to be committed. They can't just walk up to anyone and frisk them. Nor can they dig in their pockets like they did in this video. If they have suspicion, they can only pat the outside of the clothing for weapons.

I have been stopped and patted down, in Onrario....many times I have had this happen at night. I worked night shift, and I am white! It is about making you feel worthless...and emberasing you. I lost my job after being searched in view of my employer...after that I was treated like a criminal at work, I have no criminal record!

These police officer's if they had probable cause could only conduct a pat down based upon articulable reasonable suspicion to believe that a crime has been committed, about to be committed, or has been committed. The 3 prong test has not been met. Terry vs. Ohio This is merely a fishing expedition, which is a violation of the 4th amendment. The totallity of circumstances has not been met.
