@poulsontheprick lolz the reason that's true is because Metallica has become a total sellout lmaz they're creating music just so they can keep the band alive and make money, so they change their music in order to please newer generations

On resume, people change, music is the reflection of the artist fellings . just sayin

@Thigibson well that is true, but they also have people to provide for, and being as they are, they need to be able to "stay in the game" persay. If you take that into consideration, then they could have actually changed their music to fit the flow of what was popular so that they would stay on top. Metallica is the only Thrash God that's still alive and popular. They're also the only ones that decided to change their music. I don't think "artistry" has anything to do with it.

@Thigibson And plus... in the American Carnage tour... which was SUPPOSED to be the second leg of the The Big Four, Metallica pulled out, claiming to want to spend time with family. However, I think the REAL reason is... is that they were only going to play small venues in the U.S., so they wouldn't recieve enough money from the tour
