  • nice video. keep in mind though that this the hard way to keep the heart rate elevated to the zones described using weights and you can/should wear a heart monitor to make sure u reach these numbers. it's a very advanced high intensity interval training with weights.

    i have read your 4 MONTHS KILLER BODY PLAN and it good,but can u make some time and explain what happen with the body in this 4 mounths.. is the body go in carb depletion?is the body have les glycogen therefor burns fat .im 70 kg,1.70m,30 years of age .pls pls take your time and help me ,case i have a chubby body

  • Lui can you make a video on how to calculate macros based on height, weight and goals? This is the most confusing part for many of us. I myself have been told to take totally different amounts of carbs and protein by 2 different guys who I used to think were experts.

    is a drop set just one set? so you would have to do three drop sets to count as three sets? for example 100x8, 80x8, 60x8 would be one drop set. so would you need to do that three times?

  • Hey Lui are you completely removing all heavy compound movements? Aren't you afraid you will sacrifice the muscle because you are essentially removing the heavy tension that needs to be placed on the muscle to maintain that muscle while on a low calorie diet

  • sixpackshortcuts have talked about this for a while - mainly the very low rest to keep heart beat high and accelerate metabolism for as long as possible.

    The carb cutting is obvious but helpful - I hate cutting carbs down too much so half is great.

  • this sounds like doing super sets with a bit of rest

  • in the last video, you said you were on very low fat too.

    so very low fat, low carb, low calorie, high protein diet?

    wouldn't it be safer to just keep 40/40/20 and have a 10-20% calorie deficit?

    both will make you leaner, why did you choose your way over my way?

    (I am not saying yours will not work, I am just curious, here to learn and all that jazz! )

  • @WhatIsItToBurn am on a Low Fat Diet pretty much all year long now. the Proteins stayed the same and i removed 50% of the carbs in he 2 Main meals ( just these 2 ) the rest will stay pretty much the same

  • this is exactly what i did when i was in a cutting phase - 24% bfat 220 - 12 % 160lb - IT WORKS!
