I want to know this- How come characters aren't allowed to change their hairstyles? Because Jensen said that both he and Jared were sick of their current hairstyles. I mean, I get that for continuity you don't want a weekly chop/change. But why can't Sam go get a better haircut? Dean could even make a snarky comment when he gets back, couldn't he? I don't get it.

I think Sam/Jared's hair has changed a bit over the years...he seems to have very nice hair (in my oppinion...i like it long) in the upcoming season 5. But Dean/Jensen's hair has stayed pretty much the same.

Yeah you're right, it's changed a bit, but it's still not... I don't know, when you see him in real life or even on Friday the 13th, hasn't got that greasy look. He has great hair, why would they do that? I think it was less greasy in S1 maybe?

I still don't get though why the guys can't have a change if they're honestly getting sick of their hair. Real people do (like Jared and Jensen are!). I don't know, I just find it strange.
