Im not a pro at this game, but how do you get so many halos??? when i finished the game all i had left over was like 90000halos. anyone can help??? oso what difficulty do i need to pass the game or to be on to fight father rodin?

@ChawaiM you can fight father rodin as soon as you start the game(if you farm the halos) but a better way would get the claw weapons, go to the 2nd boss fight(the one where you climb the arms then hit the dudes face) and use the lighting claws to keep hitting him trying to keep your chain going, go to the phone booth in a certain chapter and use a code an item(2 mil halos iirc), then do the first portal in 4th, and just keep hitting Y+Y LT Y+Y LT, with claws on both hands(lightning)

I hate him so F****** much! I'm having so much trouble with him. I'm actually not using the beam sword. It's not as good for damage as the billionz laser pistols when using a climax shot. It stunned him for a second and does a buttload of damage when ever you get the timing right, and it's quicker than charging the sword.

@leokiedis1107 It's not Shuraba. It's Pillow Talk. Pillow Talk is similar to Shuraba, but it does not gain wicked weave attacks on combos or in boss fights. It is also a lot stronger and by using the charge slash to the 2nd charge, it grows in size and power(climax bracelet automatically makes it huge).

@Grisuchan He used pillow talk, to get pillow talk you have to play the game in Non Stop Climax difficulty through. You get this difficulty when you play the game on Hard mode through. Or you get 1 million halos and use the weapon cheat at the weapon phone box in Vigrid. Pillow talk is only good for doing damage i find, for killing fast. For many combo points i would choose any faster combination.

I did win for the first time using Lt. Killgore with Climax Bracers, the fists really do shoot far and that made me think, I used the Killgore glitch once then just spanned Y(hold)Y(hold)Y(hold) mixing hands and rockets in one... didnt get platinum but at least I got the weapons, later on I did get platinum and smiled, it was hard as hell and just closed my eyes and prayed for miracles lmao

Rodin is a nightmare without Pillow Talk and Climax Bracelet. I managed it with Pillow Talk, Sergei's lover and Evil Harvest Rosary but that was a nightmare to do. Got a pure platinum though. :)

@fakericky bracelet of time enables witchtime by dispelling magic guage though wt doesnt work on rodin, it is used to get more combos and gaze of despair is used to get more combos as well. climax bracelet is used so that charging pillow talk only take 1sec instead of waiting for it to charge up, climax bracelet is automatic wicked weave.

Actually, if you beat Father Rodin, you get the weapon "Rodin" which transforms into all the different angel weapons depending on which combo you do. Any time you beat him after that, you get a Red Hot Shot
