Nullification sounds terrific. Only thing is the potential outcome seems nerve-racking to me when it comes to the newly passed NDA Act, if you catch my drift. I think what I mean to say is...could the fed gov choose to simply not acknowledge any stated nullification from states in this regard? Not entirely sure whether I even want the answer or not...
@TenthAmendmentCenter Thanks for reply.My view is this NDAA thing has terrible implications. The kind that usurps every single thing in our Bill of Rights. And undoubtedly their intention. It's just the timing of it that disturbs me the most. Like how the heck is this a real priority now, with all of our REAL problems??
The principles of 98 need to be amended into the Constitution.

@KillBaddBugz they almost never acknowledge anything. it takes backbone to go along with nullification legislation.
