I've had this phone for about 3 years and it finally died on me today..

the screen only shows white or black, and no sound. Apparently this will happen to the phone after 2 years, guaranteed!

the phone fuckin rocks... screen doesnt scratch at all bud... ive slammed my phone im my car door had it in my pocket with keys and crap for a year now... no scratch at all.

unlike other phones the screens "off" mode shuts the lcd off completely not just the back light so to easily check if your phone is charged they leave the back light on dim. its not a problem so theres been no update to fix it.

the picture delay isnt that bad

it also has a huge text message memory
