There is NO WAY that you'll urine test positive for THC via secondhand smoke. Don't even bother using this as an excuse. Your body isn't going to ingest and metabolize enough THC secondhand even if you're in an enclosed room with 6 smokers. There are cutoff levels for the THC metabolite, and secondhand smoke won't make you surpass them.

Furthermore, poppy seeds also do not work. There are cutoff levels for opiates in your system. Unless you ate 100 poppyseed bagels, you won't test positive.

Water loading stopped working in 2009 when they upgraded the EMIT test. Still drink alot of water, but add to it 5 grams of creatine a day (for at LEAST 3 days, preferably 7-14) and 2-3 hours before your test take B vitamin complex that includes B-2 and B-12 (makes your pee yellow, clear piss is an auto fail as of june 2009) and lastly, either take 2 tums with every bottle of water, or DONT DRINK WATER AND DRINK POWERAID/GATORAID instead,they check for specific gravity and those will make u pass
