Just a note which I don't see addressed as that most of the work the upper traps only, some caution should be used not to over do this and develop scapular winging as a result. Otherwise a solid set of exercises to combine.
if you're a beginner you should go for deadlifting twice youre body weight?? can that get and stupider? i weight 155 pounds if i was a beginner i would NOT be trying to deadlift 310 pounds just to get traps......
@ScoobysDisciple Actually Deadlifts do work your traps. Any form of lifting movement recruits traps and the heavier the weight the more the traps come into play. The Deadlift is a great overall mass builder. Good for legs, lower back, neck and upper back(including traps!). This is why powerlifters have the best traps.

@ScoobysDisciple Your traps will work to stabilise the weight that is hanging from your arms as you straighten up and lower down. The legs and lower back start the lift, and then as you drive up your traps will stabilise you. I agree I wouldn't consider it the #1 exercise, but they do get worked via deadlift.

Hello there ! Is it OK to train directly the traps 2 times per week ? Since they are involved in both my "Back " day and " Shoulders " day , I decided to train them directly with 2 or 3 exercises at the end of the workout , which are different for the 2 days ofc . There is 3 days and 2 days space between those workouts , so i guess i wont overtrain em ?
@Exorcized1 Yes thats fine to work your traps both those days, as long as you are getting optimal rest, and eating plenty for recovery, you will be fine, and seeing as you work them twice a week, they'll start growing bigger and look great.
3rd exercise is best, im literally just started training out and im kinda "small" but this one shows ur traps started from back latism, great exercise !
