  • Can't wait to try this! Thank you.

  • This is helpful, thank you. What about the angle of the arms for students who have the knees down?

  • You are my favorite Sadie Nardini love Gina Nardone~

  • Thank you and Namaste, Sadie! I have been practicing power yoga for 16 months and this transition has been such a challenge-- could figure out why, as I have a lot of upper body strength! Just haven't been using it right...

  • Thanks a lot, i've been doing the wrong pose for sometimw cause i didnt know the proper technique, im gonne practice doing this now

  • I did the scooch of shame for about 10 years and after seeing this video just a few weeks ago, everything changed. I used to get this huge knot right over my shoulder muscle on the left side especially and sometimes my arms just get tired, I would just take a break from yoga for a few months. Over the years I did develop strength but having this tip has made a huge difference, because now I can do chaturanga after chaturanga after chaturanga without getting tired.

    Thank you Sadie!

  • I usually do not have a problem with a chaturanga, although your explanation could allow us to acquire even more grace!

  • Yeah, when I first started I didn't realize how little of my arm strength I was using. I'll need to do this more often.

  • concise demo, intelligent technique, thanks for sharing!

  • Thanks! Sorry for the delay--I didn't get notified about comments on this page. I'm glad you got something out of it. How's your arm strength now?

    xoSadie
