Hangovers are usually caused by Dehydration and Sugar Crash. Since most hangovers are from excess beer or mixed drinks. The body gets accustomed to the large amount of sugar you ingest, when you wake up the next day your body no longer has that sugar there. But you also have alcohol and sugar that dehydrate you as well.
