It's very fake, the skin isn't real, you can see that when he cuts it. It's just plastic. And the guys' emo, not because he cuts, it's in the fashion scene of emo, because of the way he acts and looks.

I would say his arm is in some kind of suite so the coin really gows in between his real not-cut arm and the suite and there also fake blood in between these two. And there are actually two coins signed that way, the lady is just an assistant.

Well, I am an EMT and I have seen many people with cuts on the arm, even in that location, yea, that was enough blood, there are few capillaries in that location, so not much blood comes out.

actually for that part of the arm there is not too many big blood vessels so that could be enough blood >.> but i'm not a magician/illusionist so i dunno. it was cool though
