According to Wikipedia's article about the series, Calvin is played by a different actor in the first episode, and all other episodes featuring him was featuring him was the same one as in this episode. That is why he looks different.

You can find it on Google maps. Type in 347 Batlic Street, Brookly, NY and using Street View see a picture of the building, which looks just like what you see on the show. However, it doesn't show the name of the building on it

Thanks! davin and in the first episodes where Calvin appeared in the ghost story arc he was played by Wil Horneff(born to be wild) then after that Joey Shea played Calvin.
