My apologies I didn't realise that it was cut before the ending of the duet. Must have been an error with the conversion, as I would never cut Domingo short!Anyway to hear the complete duet look at the posting by elias12186.
per micaela é richiesto un soprano lirico non leggero, trovo che manchi di squillo nella parte centrale, ben presente invece negl'acuti. Lo squardo non è effettivamente dei più intelligenti...ma infondo è giovane carina, quindi non è così malvagia... PS...la Freni era un'altra cosa....comunque..
Faith is a professor of diction and voice at my school, she used to be my friends private voice teacher. I see her around campus all the time, she's the cutest.
and her eyes are very interesting. She sings good and all that stuff, don't understand me wrong, but I think that she's not SO good for Micaela, cause she has to be... not so smart I think. But Faith's eyes are, I don't know, too clever
Faith has a fantastic voice... when she was a teenager she sang in the wedding to my 1st wife. [1965]
She did a recital at the Library of Congress in Washington DC that we attended and there wasn't a dry eye in the house... the music and voice was so powerful & emotional.
