No way, it's got nothing to do with Lord of the Rings. This brilliant music is from the Official Soundtrack of (indeed) Requiem for a Dream and was composed especially for this movie by Clint Mansell. I would advise you to download the soundtrack or search youtube for Requiem for a Dream!
