I see the sonogram pictures of my sons (twins) and I love them so much already. It may not be easy but what in life really is? I'm with the father. We have our own place. Family support. I'm graduating early. We both have jobs. My sons are my life already. I don't see how I could ever regret them...

I'm 16 and I'm almost 8 months pregnant with a beautiful little baby <3 I am not with my baby's dad but we are still friends. Our breakup had nothing to do with our baby. He can't really help financially but my mom said no matter what, my baby will always have diapers and formula. I'm not worried about the financial issues now, I'm just worried about no sleep, finishing school and the emotional stress. I'm not the first teen mom or the last. After this, condoms will be my best friend :)

My parents have said the same thing your mom said if something ever happens financially or mentally she'll make sure that me the baby and Aiden all have a stable home diapers and food. People that get pregnant in high school irritate me. Abstinence, condoms and pregnancy pills are all there for a reason! If you got raped or given date rape drugs, I have sympathy for you. But if you were willingly having sex, it's your own damn fault and I feel no sympathy for you. That's why I hate that stupid show, "The Secret Life of the American Teenager"

Its not like "hey, i'm coming over then we can have sex" its like one thing can lead to another and at the "heat of the moment" it can happen and as stupid as it is, your so much in the moment that neither one wants to speak up. I had wanted a child when I was 16, but I realized that I wasn't prepared to have a child. So I waited and in my senior year, I took some parenting classes. Later on I was engaged and then married. My husband has a job right now, and I babysit part time, and take car of the house. I will still technically be a teen pregnancy, but I am an adult, so it doesn't matter as much.

Being a mom is a full-time job and it's so hard. I had Paola at 21, she's 6 years old now and growing beautiful. I have a great job and support from family and friends and yet, raising a child alone has been the most difficult and stressfull thing i've done in my life. I just can't imagine how would it be if I had 13, 14 of 15 years old. Tho, there's no "right" time for a baby, the teens should wait till they have the enough maturity and resources to take care of another human being.

My boy-friend wanted a baby so much but I said we were far to young. I gave birth to our little baby boy and he was born still born. I was heart-broken and so was my boy-friend. We were so devastated as we had everything planned for him coming. I am 15 by the way. At first I thought he was such a mistake but i'd do anything to hold him in my arms now. I am seventeen with a 9 week old beautiful baby girl. I got pregnate when I was sixteen. I love my daughter so much she means the world to me. Even though the dad to my daughter is still in my life we dont want to get married because we understand that we are too young and a baby isnt a good enough reason to get married. The door is always open to him. Me and my daughter live alone but that is my choice. The father pays me money himself to help look after her.
I'm finished highschool and planning on going to college in a year or two.
I work right now, until the the baby is born.
My boyfriend, who is also the father is 25.
We have our own house and he works full time at a mine and makes enough to keep things going. I don't think of this pregnancy as a burden, and I also don't believe that I have ruined my life. I'm done with partying and I'm ready to be a mom. I also agree with mymyfos.
when i was 14 years old i was raped and i became pregnant. i was just getting over the fact that i was raped but when i found out i was pregnant it turn everything all around. i didn't want to kill the baby because it didn't do anything to me. i was going to give it up for adoption but when i was 4 months along i had a miscarrige. this whole ordeal was very scary for a 14 year old and i had to grown up way too fast. teenage pregnancy is a really scary thing.

I am a teen parent. I had my daughter at 16. I am currently in College at the Number 5 public school in the country. I was accepted to ten schools including the university of virginia, university of michigan, and UNC chapel hill. Teen parent statistics are over dramatic. I don't think young girls should have kids, but videos such as these make all teen parents appear as a charity cases, a leech on society, and a burden the world. I don't like it.

I think I am a very good teen mom. I'm 17 and have a baby boy I love more than anything. I'm still in school and I'm still with my son's dad. However I know that it doesn't always go that well. Usually the fathers leave and you drop out of school. And after having my baby and living the reality of how hard it is to be commited to everything, I think we should work on preventing teenage pregnancy. I love my son but I just wish he could have been born later on in my life. I have changed my opinion

Don't feel bad because you are going to be a young mother. A pregnancy may be a mistake, but a child never should be. I had my son as a teenager and it was hard. I am not with the father, but I am happy. My son is my life. My biggest advice to you is to graduate from high school. Statistics may be against young mommies, but it doesn't mean you have to become one. I'll have my associates degree in may, I bought a house for my son and I'm wouldn't change a thing. It's hard, but its worth it.

my mom had my older sister at 16. she raised her by herself. her mom died soon after from cancer. she lived with her boyfriend until he left her for someone else. she met my dad 3 years later. been married for 22 years now. I think it just depends on the person and how hard you are willing to put the effort into raising one. it can be done.

sometimes sex .. just happens! Like you don't plan to have sex right? Its not like "hey, i'm coming over then we can have sex" its like one thing can lead to another and at the "heat of the moment" it can happen and as stupid as it is, your so much in the moment that neither one wants to speak up. Although i'm not sexually active, Thats the reason I'm on the pill. I know that if something, anything were to happen, i'll be protected from pregnancy.

I had wanted a child when I was 16, but I realized that I wasn't prepared to have a child. So I waited and in my senior year, I took some parenting classes. Later on I was engaged and then married. My husband has a job right now, and I babysit part time, and take car of the house. I will still technically be a teen pregnancy, but I am an adult, so it doesn't matter as much.

Being a mom is a full-time job and it's so hard. I had Paola at 21, she's 6 years old now and growing beautiful. I have a great job and support from family and friends and yet, raising a child alone has been the most difficult and stressfull thing i've done in my life. I just can't imagine how would it be if I had 13, 14 of 15 years old. Tho, there's no "right" time for a baby, the teens should wait till they have the enough maturity and resources to take care of another human being.

My boy-friend wanted a baby so much but I said we were far to young. I gave birth to our little baby boy and he was born still born. I was heart-broken and so was my boy-friend. We were so devastated as we had everything planned for him coming. I am 15 by the way. At first I thought he was such a mistake but i'd do anything to hold him in my arms now. My sister gave birth on saturday and I couldn't even hold my nephew withou crying. A baby is something so special. R.I.P Calvin.You will be missed

i was 15 when i got pregnant, my partner stood by my side ever since i stopped smoking and so did he for our baby's sake, i stopped working during my 8th month, in 2007 we had Alexia who weighed 9lbs. then went to college, i breastfed Alexia till she was 22months. then had my son at 18 who weighed 8.13lbs his name is zack, hes a month old and hes also breastfed. but i feel like im the only teenage mum who dosent smoke, breastfeeding and is still with the babys father who i still love very much

Even though the dad to my daughter is still in my life we dont want to get married because we understand that we are too young and a baby isnt a good enough reason to get married. The door is always open to him. Me and my daughter live alone but that is my choice. The father pays me money himself to help look after her.

I'm finished highschool and planning on going to college in a year or two.
I work right now, until the the baby is born.
My boyfriend, who is also the father is 25.
We have our own house and he works full time at a mine and makes enough to keep things going. I don't think of this pregnancy as a burden, and I also don't believe that I have ruined my life. I'm done with partying and I'm ready to be a mom. I also agree with mymyfos.

when i was 14 years old i was raped and i became pregnant. i was just getting over the fact that i was raped but when i found out i was pregnant it turn everything all around. i didn't want to kill the baby because it didn't do anything to me. i was going to give it up for adoption but when i was 4 months along i had a miscarrige. this whole ordeal was very scary for a 14 year old and i had to grown up way too fast. teenage pregnancy is a really scary thing.

I am a teen parent. I had my daughter at 16. I am currently in College at the Number 5 public school in the country. I was accepted to ten schools including the university of virginia, university of michigan, and UNC chapel hill. Teen parent statistics are over dramatic. I don't think young girls should have kids, but videos such as these make all teen parents appear as a charity cases, a leech on society, and a burden the world. I don't like it.

I think I am a very good teen mom. I'm 17 and have a baby boy I love more than anything. I'm still in school and I'm still with my son's dad. However I know that it doesn't always go that well. Usually the fathers leave and you drop out of school. And after having my baby and living the reality of how hard it is to be commited to everything, I think we should work on preventing teenage pregnancy. I love my son but I just wish he could have been born later on in my life. I have changed my opinion

it doesnt thats true but a lot of teenagers who are having kids cant handle it on there own. it causes a lot more problems in society like for example poverty, neglect, etc. some of the best moms are teenagers and some of the worst moms are teenagers. age doesnt define anything. but the problem with teen pregnancy is that it affects ones stage of puberty and puts it on hold. that causes physical and physcological problems like post pardon depression.. Don't feel bad because you are going to be a young mother. A pregnancy may be a mistake, but a child never should be. I had my son as a teenager and it was hard. I am not with the father, but I am happy. My son is my life. My biggest advice to you is to graduate from high school. Statistics may be against young mommies, but it doesn't mean you have to become one. I'll have my associates degree in may, I bought a house for my son and I'm wouldn't change a thing. It's hard, but its worth it.

My mom was a teen mom and I have had to see her suffer with it. There are a lot of psychological side effects that come into play later in life that can hurt your kids. I didn't want her life and I broke the cycle.

my best friends mom olny had him when she was 14 or 15 ( i am not sure ) and somehow she was able to raise with his dad. so it is not possible for teenager to raise a child alone

my mom had my older sister at 16. she raised her by herself. her mom died soon after from cancer. she lived with her boyfriend until he left her for someone else. she met my dad 3 years later. been married for 22 years now. I think it just depends on the person and how hard you are willing to put the effort into raising one. it can be done.

Everyone should be given the chance to live. in was put in this same situation and im glad that i made the right decision. yes i may be a single 19 year old mother but i am proud of my ten month old beautiful baby girl and wouldnt change it for the world. i had a basketball scholarship, i had it all.. i was goin somewhere with dreams. but God had dif. plans. everything happens for a reason.... yall don't get it do you! it's not about being careful! even if you're careful you can still get pregnate, and yes sex is nice until you come up pregnate and then your boyfriend runs off and you're left with a baby and nowhere to go because you're parents kicked you out! I was lucky to a have a really good guy friend who took me even though he's against teen sex. I wish i would have listened, you should listen before you end up like me.
