When the Tschaika Cossacks toured Australia in 1977 with the Arts Council, they sang a Russian song called Karmanchiki, of which they had a recording from the 1930s. The Chorus is exactly like Weetbix kids, that's where he must have heard it. A new recording has recently been made and will soon appear on the net, I am sure. So - the chorus tune is not under copyright!!!

So do Sanitarium make Weetbix in Australia? I always thought of Sanitarium to be a NZ company. Bit of a worry if they do actually because then they will probably eventually go the way of Cadbury and make all their products including good old kiwi Marmite in Australia.

Do a search for Kiwi Kids are Weetbix kids and you will see our version.

its the first time ive seen this rumored ad that aussie kids are weetbix kids! lol Here in NZ we used to have the kiwi kids are weetbix kids, and i used to hear that in aussie that they had the aussie kids versions

Just keep checking out youtube. I don't have it myself but there are many people that post aussie ads on here and I'm sure it's bound to turn up sooner or later.
