I have AMD Sempron 1.60Ghz, 512 Mb Ram and Graphic Asus EAX1600Pro 256Mb its very fast, my pc can run Vista medimum speed, but Windows XP its a crazy speed yes crazy speed this boot in 20 seconds

@aly369 Vista does that a lot on notebooks. HPs in particular... not sure why though.
I'm getting a 6910 with 4GB of ram, and a T7500, and i'm wiping Vista from it and installing Win7 the minute i get it. (found a good one on ebay for $200)
They are both using the buisness versions of the os. And the vista came with only 1gb of ram and it SUCKS!!!!! The windows xp one had 2 GB of ram in it!!! WHY DOES XP HAVE MORE?!?!?!?! FYI: Both of these computers were purchaced form the HP Website.. WTF!!!!
Somethings not right there. Both systems shouldn't take that long to boot unless you've got a load of software on there. They are usually Core 2 Duo Procs with 1GB or 2GB RAM. I've ordered one of these from fleabay and I hope it won't be as bad as what I see here.
Your both XP and Vista is slow. I have Vista Home Premium which loads in 54 seconds. My specs are Intel DG31GL motherboard, Intel Pentium 4 3.00GHZ, 1 GB DDR2 RAM, 320 GB HDD.

It looks to me that these are both on a domain, so it's a bit different to compare to normal system setups.
I know my 6910p boots quiet quickly before joining our domain, but you can add an extra 30 seconds once joined.
