The bike starts to take off at 34 secs, its hard to notice because you cant see the speedo until the bike gets over 40 kph, so you actually did 0-100kph in 6,7 seconds, plus you never even hit 100 kph either you hit 90kph not 100kph.

Honda has discontinued the nsr, and instead made 4-stroke bicycles. They may outrun a stock rs125 especially models from 2006 onwards, from what I hear they are pretty nippy, but never ridden one so couldn't comment if they could beat a quick rs or not.

You should check out the Aprilia RS250, it is exactly what you are looking for, it even is cheap! It has 45kW / 60 HP an the same cc as your ninja 250, the suspension is much better than the ninja and the brakes are massive! Brembo Gold line, RS250 is only available used as it is discontinued due to not passing euro 3 emissions. But originally and RS250 was more expensive than a Yamaha R6 or CBR 600 as it used much more expensive parts like the brembo gold line brakes ;)

Why not turbocharge or supercharge them 4-strokes.... Good thing their power can be expanded easily.... Then tune up those 2strokes to there max then bring it on the track, drag strip or wherever. Im a 4stroke man only because 2 strokes are a little bit unreliable and break easily, and zips too much gas so its like the same.... Like in 4stroke more gas = more power

i got a RS125 1999 with the Rotax race engine. its been fully race tuned and the revs go off the clock, its truely amazin, i even beat an audi TT and subaru impretza. this bike is amazin and i only paid £790 for it. i'm going to buy a 34mm carb and polini big bore kit for it. its already got a genelli exhuast. i love this bike

nice idea but beleave me when is say, DON'T GET THE POLINI, ive had 3 (Replates). get a 144 kit (standard rs 125 cylinder bored out & replated, Wiseco single ring flat top race piston, vhm flat head & a shim for the power valve) had one in my 95 RS Rotax123 for 18 months & its way better than the monkey metal polini kit. Polinis dont like reving. 144 seems to take the punishment.

34mm carb wont get you any more power, just less mileage. the motor gets to his full power output with 28 mm carb.

The polini will give you more power on the lower rpm, but you will lose power at peak rpm.

ne das ist ohne extrem großen aufwand nicht möglich, da die rs 250 ja nen v2 motor hat, und dieser noch dazu das kettenritzel auf der anderen seite hat.. usw. das einzige was du machen kannst ist dir nen 154ccm satz zu holen oder ähnliches.. ;)

4,5 Sek. sind kein Problem, wenn du sie richtig übersetzt dann geht die auch so schnell von null auf hundert, doch so wie sie da im Viedeo zu sehen ist fährt sie nur noch 140 im 6ten!! Hab selber ne offene 98er, mit der normalen Übersetzung die für ca. 190 kmh reicht geht sie in 6-7 sek von 0-100
