1. She probably feels sick because of all the drama she's experiencing. (I'm going to use something to relate to my real life here xD) But I know when i get really stressed I will feel sick and have really bad stomach aches.
2. Since I don't know why Joe and her broke up I can't really say. And as for Selena and Miley same thing since I don't know what's going on exactly besides the fact they have boyfriends and aren't 100% friends.

she probably thinks that Joe, Selena, and Miley are better off without her...
