I would play them over, and over We need more clean cut singers with good morals. My sister played your latest CD She said, Guess whose singing I guessed it right off the back. There are so many bad covers of this song - Donny makes a fair fist of it. Doesn't make it too falsely sweet, and mostly doesn't overwork the delivery. Good arrangement too. G O'S (who wrote it) is still the gold standard, and someone who understands that more can sometimes be less (vocally) in songs like this, and a gritty, natural delivery preferable to smooth virtuosity; but this is definitely worth listening to. But check out the original for its distinctiveness and out-there honesty.

I was listening to Pink Floyd in his halcyon days.......Ive always loved this song and have to say he did a great Job with it.....He retained the essence of the emotion....well done Donny.....never thought i would ever say that

Sounds like Donny to me. I have always envied his voice. Great vocal range and phrasing.

I grew up listening to "Go Away Little Girl", and "Puppy Love" and loved those songs.

Years later, on his "Donny & Marie" variety show, he performed a rendition of "Baby Come Back" that blew me away.

Great singer and an awesome person.

Well, O'Sullivan wrote it,you should seek out the version by Pete Wylie(The Mighty Wah!),full on emotion,like Pete says it's the cruelest suicide note ever and if the likes of Curt Cobain had written it it would be treated much differently than a twat in a flat cap
