This one easily breaks because it's small. I got this model and the newer model bg2040 so I know what I'm talking about. Both of them have 5 settings and setting 1 is the shortest which cuts 3 mm, but the bg2030 cuts more hair than the newer model when you use setting 1 on both body groomers. I use setting 1 for my arms, I suggest bg2040 for legs cause it's bigger, stronger, faster.
@mrLiquidHappiness if you are going to do that, use the trimmer part first to get the longer hairs off and then use the foil part, you might want to take a breather in between so the shaver doesn't get to hot.

@TheSuperGing It might be but I'd recommend a shaver intended for the face for shaving the face.

Please review Norelco 2040 also and if possible a comparison between the 2030 & 2040.
