for online play, enable all the players score, time that goes by, settler amounts, ect it helps me alot and tells me when someone has a tradespost and if their scores beating me or not XD

They do work you just have to enable them through the game you host. However games with cheats aren't rated and don't apply your PR or ELO.

You enable the cheats. It's on the right side when you host the game. However the game is not rated and no experiance is applied. So you can't level up your home city through it nor can you get a better rating like conscript, corporal, sergeant. Ít also doesn't apply to your win percentage.
