@murativideo Honestly that is what it looks like to me. Ive seen some similar videos that turned out to be the same thing. Probably deformed, and died at birth....looks like it has that one disease perhaps...too lazy to look up the name, but type in Alien Baby and you will see a bunch of videos here on U tube of them. It makes their skin look scaley and their eyes seem to be large sacks of fluid, which bulge(if I remember correctly, this is an illusion is it just their eyelids which do this.)
