man what billy said is one of the most important aspects of rolling as far as understanding mental blocks going into a gap or grind or anything... once you realize that if you get your mind to say fuck it im going for it and your body will follow suit you can progress faster... i still get mental blocks but once you go for it once it just gets easier and easier to try it.

Neither sport has reached it's limit, both will live in infamy, skateboarding just has much better exposure. Both are incredible, no matter what.

i like both and prefer rolling too but i dont think rollerblading has more tricks. skateboarding has a lot of tricks too (check out rodney mullen's videos) so its hard to tell
It doesn't matter which sport has the most tricks, that isn't what makes a sport better. The difficulty of a sport doesn't make it any better, each are difficult in their own way and can be pushed to an ever-reaching limit. Both are chill in my book, but I choose to roll :)

Skateboarders, do have style in there own right, and its not compleatly related to the board, its mainly about body movements during a trick or on a landing. Rolling however is the only sport in which you can mold your trick from start to finish, there aren't rules that you have to follow to start a trick its just doing it... any way that you want. That pretty much whats kept me rollin since 2000.

I use to skate, started bmxing after that. I disagree that bmxing or skateboarding is a style within the bike or board. When you bike it's not like if you take edwin delarosa's bike that you will have the same style he has. the style is in you also in bmx. I havent gotten a pair of skates in awhile but i want to start it up again. Nice vid.
ok i've done inline aggressive and i have this injury since i broke one leg and now its 3 mm bigger so my legs cant take the impact until i got insoles and i still cant skate i can only bmx and i found out that bmx is way too dangerous and more extreme but i still think inline is much more fun
if u started bmx then obviously u fell alot cuz u just got started and rolling is dangerous too if you do crazy stuff cuz when u learn to rollerblade the basics are easy but once u try to learn what really matters like negatives or topsides or w.e thats when it gets dangerous

ive done boarding before but blading is more fun for me. the basics of boarding takes a little longer to learn like jumping... if someone compares the best tricks being done by both wood pushing and inline skating today inline skating wins... so inline skaters start out easier but end up way more extreme... longest rails, most flips/spins, biggest gaps, all done by aggressive inline skaters.
man skate board is lot easier and less dangerous cause u can always let da board go/jump off so da falls aint dat bad if u know wat u doing ..and we cant jump off cause its tied to our feet ..i think it wraps it up ... we just into a bigger bang..next level

Inlines are the skates with 4 wheels.
Freestyle is more a term for the genre of it, ie. the music and clothes. It also describes how the tricks are done freely, without plans or rules.

yeah nothing is easy i hate it when people say stuff like that cos if u push it to the next level and make it harder for urself then its not easy.. like doin a disaster top acid on rail with a 20 ft drop the other side or something.. its not easy if u make it hard for ursel.. if that makes sense :S lol

ive done boarding before but blading is more fun for me. the basics of boarding takes a little longer to learn like jumping... if someone compares the best tricks being done by both wood pushing and inline skating today inline skating wins... so inline skaters start out easier but end up way more extreme... longest rails, most flips/spins, biggest gaps, all done by aggressive inline skaters.

man skate board is lot easier and less dangerous cause u can always let da board go/jump off so da falls aint dat bad if u know wat u doing ..and we cant jump off cause its tied to our feet ..i think it wraps it up ... we just into a bigger bang..next level

i rollerblade because i enjoy it, and for no other reason. i started skating 12 years ago when i saw it on the x games because it looked fun, and hey it was, whatya know. none of my friends skated back then, but i've met a lot of others like myself and still do it today, but if they all quit, i'd be out doing it alone like i was 12 years ago in my driveway. maybe everything you do is motivated by wanting to look cool or whatever, but that's not why almost anyone i know does it.

Its true most of my mates skatboard and you could say they all look the same but they all do have there own style's but i think with inline we can be more expressive and what shity little i can jump down 3 steps skatboards dont get is that inline aint easy! i hate it when they say its more easy then skatboarding maybe its more easy to learn the basics but the idea is you apply them to biger things...
