that's the flaw of a frog lure usually it wont hook the bass even if u let the bass take it in for bit then try to set the hook -_- that happen to me lots of time but when they hit that's really cool

You need to fish the back side of the grass in the fall. You will catch bigger and more bass.

agreed. move it just enough so it disturbs the grass enough to call out bass from underneath the mats.

Yeah, especially the 2nd time around..he got lucky..should have just threw it back where the fish hit it and jiggled it.

the slower you fish the frog the more bites...big fish are lazy they're not gonna want to move too far for a meal
