  • What movie is 2:22 from?

  • Great video - thanks so much for sharing it with us :) I love Buster and damn could he run like a jackrabbit!

  • Only if he knew how loved he is 100 years later.

  • @nateandsophie Indeed!! Oh, why is it so many greats aren't really all that loved and appreciated until long after their deaths? So sad.

  • 1:08 Spite Marriage 2:00 3 Ages

  • @classoniongirl64- nope, nope it isn't. Keaton makes me swoon like no other.

  • @SilentBeth1921 same. he's just so perfect, it hurts. <3

  • i'm dreaming of the man i love...soooo fitting. is i tstrange to be in love with a man who was born 100 years before you?

  • @glassoniongirl64 Well, if you think *you're* strange, I'm here to tell you you're certainly not the only one! ;-)

I DO dearly admire and respect Keaton myself - but I've already lost my heart to a certain Little Tramp who was even, oh, about six years older than Buster. |-) <3

  • @TakersMissy Haha, I'm the opposite of that! I admire and respect your Little Tramp, and he makes me laugh alot. But Keaton owns my heart, and it can't be shared. :)

  • @glassoniongirl64 Well, that actually works out good then, doesn't it? Charlie owns my heart; Buster owns yours; we each respect both comedians. So no fighting for the other girl's guy! :-) Heck - to me, BOTH these guys have more talent, brains, and thus sex appeal than almost all the so-called actors we have today. And as far as today's "comedians" - I don't think we really HAVE any, not when it seems most of 'em rely on X-rated, sophomoric gutter humor to get a laugh.

  • @TakersMissy Exactly! :D

  • *le sigh* My heart flutters for Buster. He was such a dapper man! <3

  • What movies are 1:08 and 2:00 from??

  • What movie is the clip at 1:15 from??

  • @21JumpStreetKid

The Rough House - Fatty Arbuckle/Buster Keaton 1917

  • @74classicchic Thank you so much! =) I just loved that clip so much because Buster is actually smiling and having a good time, which is something he rarely did. He had such a cute smile. =)

  • @21JumpStreetKid Hey, I'm glad I saw your post because I was just getting ready to ask the very same question (about 1:15)! I guess he'd not yet fully assumed the "Great Stone Face" persona - although to me, his face was always VERY expressive, even when he wasn't laughing or smiling. :-) What an artist he was!!

  • thanks..nice sequence!

  • Great to see the wonderful Buster in these movie clips there are amazing
