Late on this video, I know but just wanted to say I like your videos Pete because you give more detail on games in reviews or just when talking about it/summarizing. Also by now it's safe for me to say you're more into Japanese games so I like that, although I'm not, but Japan is the most curious country in the world for me so I like everything about them.
The only three games I'm getting are Hot Shots Golf, Rayman Origins, and Lumines. Not caring for Uncharted, not getting Ridge Racer on principle, I just realized Wipeout + long load times are not my type of game. Katamari I will probably purchase in the future sees how I haven't played/own one since number 2 on the PS2. Gravity Rush is a must buy though

Hate to disapoint you about unit 13, but i put a ton of hours into socom 4's online and unit 13 looks identical to socom's animation. Im not kidding when i say zipper has recycled their socom 4 engine on unit 13, the camera, animations and shooting looks identical and a mask of different environments.
My game store had a demo unit available and the system has fantastic build quality and a very nice touchscreen and fantastic screen with good viewing angles. It feels like I am holding bulletproof glass. The analogue sticks are fantastic. In my opinion the 3DS and Psvitas analogue sticks are both equally as good. Only problem imo is that there is only 1 launch title I am interested in playing and that's it so I will lay off until they release better games for the system.
I got to play one in GameStop. I don't live in a well-populated area, but I was extremely surprised to see it just sitting there, no one around it, no wait to play it, and there were at least 15 people in GameStop. It was great. The games were fun. I especially enjoyed Gravity Rush. However, I think I'll wait for a price drop on Vita, even though I don't regret buying the 3DS day one, I'm not going to do it again with Vita as portables are sadly lessening in the market.

3g model is discontinued in canada, they only off the wifi for 250 or the wifi little deviant package for 300. they coudlnt work out a contract with rogers in time to launch the 3g, it might be released in april. whatever, wifi is everywhere and phones can hotspot.
i was gunna get a wifi day one but changed my mind, now freakin sony has me thinkin about getting a 3g model cause of that limited edition bundle they just announced.

I actually imported a Vita, and I have to say, I've never been so impressed graphically on a handheld. The thing is a beast. UMvC3's art looks amazing on the screen, and the brightness/crispness of it just jumps out at you. Cant wait for some of the US games myself. In particular, Sumioni. Game looks amazing.
If Sega made either an HD remake of Jet Set/Grind Radio or made a new installment of the series on Vita, the Vita is as good as gold. Chuck in an online multiplayer based on the gang rivalries (1v1 and 3v3). That just needs to happen.
The thing I really like about this guy is when he doesn't like a game he doesn't say, "oh this game is going to be terrible" like a lot of people do. Instead, he says they're not his thing, not saying they're a bad game but not for him so he is still leaving it to opinion.

Like most new systems, I won't ne picking it up until the game library gets better, there aren't really a lot of titles they appeal to me, but as always I wait until the first price drop.
I think its gonna be an epic fail. Nintendo still has the handheld market locked. Its only competition are friggin smartphones. But I believe that smartphones are so overrated. I would much rather play games on a handheld system than a friggin smartphone.
Dungeon Hunter Alliance might be good, Rayman Origins is pretty good but I already own it, Uncharted Golden Abyss I'm sure will be good, 3 decent games isn't gonna make be buy this system, no wonder the system is failing.

For me from a hardware perspective the system looks kinda cool but the launch lineup and even the launch window fails to have any games I would consider a system seller. For the PS Vita system for me, it depends on how much cash i will have. Either the First Bundle, or just Wifi version.
As for my must have games:
1) Uncharted
2) Touch My Katamari
3) Hot Shot Golf or "Little Deviants" if I don't get the bundle.
I love racing games on portable system, but I don't like any launch racing
games for the PS Vita. I will wait for Gran Turismo instead. :)
As for accessories,

Army Corps of Hell looks like it could be a definite sleeper hit, glad Square is deciding to put out something insane as fuck like this.
Dungeon Hunter Alliance has got me all happy cause I love games like that, Bauldurs gate, Diablo 2. Just fun as hell.
Little Deviants seems like it could be a ton of fun, hoping they really take advantage of the hardware in such a way that other devs will follow suit.
Touch my Katamari will rock no doubt, glad cause Me and my Katamari on psp needed a 2nd stick

I actually imported a Vita, and I have to say, I've never been so impressed graphically on a handheld. The thing is a beast. UMvC3's art looks amazing on the screen, and the brightness/crispness of it just jumps out at you. Cant wait for some of the US games myself. In particular, Sumioni. Game looks amazing.

If Sega made either an HD remake of Jet Set/Grind Radio or made a new installment of the series on Vita, the Vita is as good as gold. Chuck in an online multiplayer based on the gang rivalries (1v1 and 3v3). That just needs to happen.

The thing I really like about this guy is when he doesn't like a game he doesn't say, "oh this game is going to be terrible" like a lot of people do. Instead, he says they're not his thing, not saying they're a bad game but not for him so he is still leaving it to opinion.

I think its gonna be an epic fail. Nintendo still has the handheld market locked. Its only competition are friggin smartphones. But I believe that smartphones are so overrated. I would much rather play games on a handheld system than a friggin smartphone.

Day 1 launch titles will be, wipeout, dynasty warriors, fifa, army corps. I may have to wait for a few reviews on the others but definitely need gravity rush and most anticipated persona 4 is the must have on vita oh man I cant wait!!

My resolution for 2012 never buy a new console @ launch.first youll get wripped of with the price,wait a few months then watch the price fall.second let all the first swipe of launch games go bye,then ulle get better games later on,plus youll get any good launch games a lot cheaper.

For me from a hardware perspective the system looks kinda cool but the launch lineup and even the launch window fails to have any games I would consider a system seller. Considering the system is doing bad in japan I will wait for what is sure to be a fairly quick price drop and hopefully at that time there will atleast be a few games worth playing for the system.
