  • Martin, scrap off the meat and cheese so its a real carb meal vs a greasy 'carb' meal. ;)

Ive had some good low fat pizzas when I used to live in Aalst.

  • It seems to me that some people start to damage their gut at an early age. I don't know how this starts to happen, but I guess some people are more susceptible than others, including myself. My childhood was chalk full of cramps and bowel issues. As a teen I drank tons of beer, ate lots of pizza, acne, cramps, obesity, the works. My guts were totally Fked. Eating a lot of food probably works, but jeez lets not endorse garbage here. Although, if I could eat pizza, i totally would =)

  • Like au bowse!

  • Low carb or high carb, eating like a pig is not intelligent; nor is it entertaining. Gross.

  • @jenvenmans Eating like a pig has its place, and has a very far-reaching healing impact when used in the right context, including even getting lean when used correctly.
